This 316L stainless steel end is manufactured in accordance with DIN28011.

The dish radius is 1400mm. 

The knuckle radius is 140mm.

The straight flange height is 25mm.

Dished head thickness

Dished heads are manufactured by cold processes, spinning or press-forming.

All our dished stainless steel are supplied without grease. No heat treatment is performed after forming.

This dished head is made from a disc without weld.

316L - 1.4404 dished ends

This dished head is made from a sheet of stainless steel 316L - 1.4404 with a 4 mm nominal thickness.

The 316 stainless steel contains molybdenum, which gives it a high resistance to corrosion (especially chlorine and sea water).
