stainless steel torispherical tank ends

This 304L stainless steel end is manufactured in accordance with DIN28011.

The dish radius is 700mm. 

The knuckle radius is 70mm.

The straight flange height is 25mm.

Torispherical head forming processes

Dished heads are manufactured by cold processes, spinning or press-forming.

All our dished stainless steel are supplied without grease. No heat treatment is performed after forming.

The 700mm diameter bottom 3mm thickness is made from a disc without weld.

304L - 1.4307 stainless steel advantages

This dished head is made from stainless steel sheet 304L - 1.4307 in 3 mm thickness.

The 304L is the most popular stainless steel. Also called 1.4307, it is a food-compatible stainless steel.

The 304L stainless steel is an alloy wherein the nickel and chromium are added. It can be used both indoors but also outdoors, however it should not be used in a contaminated environment.

The origin of stainless steel sheets (used for the manufacture of heads) is European and our partners are ISO9001 certified manufacturers from France.
